Privacy Policy

Minutrix is an AI assistant that talks to people over WhatsApp and, with their permission, by telephone. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Your contact details — the phone number or email address you give us, and your name if you tell us.
• Messages — the content of WhatsApp and SMS conversations with our assistant.
• Call recordings and transcripts — only for calls you asked us to make. We tell you before the call that it is recorded and transcribed.
• Facts from those conversations — structured notes such as what you sell, who your customers are, and where you operate.

Why we collect it

To understand what you need and act on it. The notes from a conversation are what let us be useful later instead of asking you the same questions again.

Consent for calls

We never call you unless you have asked us to, in writing, in the conversation. We record the exact wording you were shown and the message in which you agreed, and we keep that record with the call. Saying yes to one call is not permission to call you again.

Who we share it with

We use third-party providers to deliver the service: Meta for WhatsApp messaging, Twilio and ElevenLabs for telephony and speech, and Anthropic for language understanding. They process this data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it. You can ask us to delete your recordings, transcripts and notes at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you.
• Ask us to delete your data, and we will.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Decline a call. We will stay in the chat and will not ask again.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
