By messaging Minutrix or accepting a call from us, you agree to these terms.

What Minutrix is

An AI assistant. When you message us or speak to us on the phone, you are talking to software, not a person. We say so plainly and never pretend otherwise.

Calls

• We only call you if you ask us to, in writing, in the conversation.
• Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can write up what was discussed. We tell you this before the call, not after.
• You can end a call at any time, and decline any future one.

Messaging

We message you on WhatsApp or SMS about things you have asked us about. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop. Standard carrier rates may apply to SMS.

What you agree to

• The information you give us is accurate, and yours to share. Do not send us other people’s personal data without their permission.
• You will not use the service to do anything unlawful.

What we do not promise

The assistant can misunderstand, and speech-to-text can mishear. Nothing it says is professional, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, deliverable or result. Check anything that matters.

Availability

We may change or suspend the service. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
